Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

For orders over £50 we offer free delivery. This excludes postcodes in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, the Hebrides, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man where additional charges will apply. These will be advised on check out.

As we are a small business, we will endeavor to ship your order within 2 working days. During the winter months (September to April), we will only be shipping orders on a Monday and Thursday (this is due to staff maternity leave). 

Orders received after Friday 19th December 2025 will be shipped on Monday 5th January 2026.

For tent orders, these will be delivered on the next working day after we have shipped the tent. Unless ordered within the winter months, when tents are shipped on a Monday or Thursday. 

All orders are usually delivered within 3 working days from the shipping date.

If you advise the courier company to leave your order in a safe place, this is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders. We will also not cover losses in this instance.

If you require urgent delivery for tents or accessories, please get in touch with us as we have alternative express delivery options. There will be a cost associated with this which we will be able to advise once we have the details.
