Delivery Information

Please assist us to deliver your tents/accessories by giving us all the correct information on your order such as name, delivery address, contact numbers etc. 
We offer free delivery on most products but sometimes charges may apply and you will be informed at the time of booking regarding this.
Larger orders that require a pallet may take up to 7 days for delivery.

We mainly ship to the UK only but please email us before ordering at thebelltentshop@gmail.com regarding any items to be shipped overseas and we will try to accommodate although you are responsible for customs clearance, taxes and duties due in each specific country.
There is a surcharge for delivery to Southern/Republic Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Highlands, The Isles of Jersey and Guernsey, The Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. For charges please email thebelltentshop@gmail.com before ordering.

We will deliver your tent/accessories between 1 - 3 days after ordering.

Your parcel will be delivered by courier who will leave a card if you are not home.

To track your parcel please use the tracking number that we send to you once you have placed your order.

If you are unhappy with your order please email within 2 days of receiving your tent and tell us what the problem is.

Our tents come with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty which means missing parts or a problem with the proofing or stitching.

If you tent is damaged in transit please take a picture of the damage including the packaging and email the pictures to us. We will then discuss the problem with the courier company.

The warranty does not cover problems caused by extreme weather or vandalism such as bent poles, damaged zips, storm damage or accidents.
